A construction company is seeking a Construction Coordinator professional in São Paulo (Chácara Santo Antônio). Summit Racing is a company specialized in high-performance automotive parts and accessories. It offers a wide range of products for car enthusiasts and racing competitions. **Responsibilities:** Monitor the physical, financial, and goal-oriented planning for all construction projects under your responsibility. Set goals for the team and continuously monitor their progress and performance. Actively participate in strategic decision-making with senior management, architects, suppliers, and clients. Coordinate with clients and architects to define, approve, and contract necessary services for project execution. Manage administrative, financial, and operational processes to ensure proper project execution. Guide suppliers regarding quality standards and technical specifications of the project. Monitor the financial schedule and report progress and any deviations to senior management. Provide technical support to the engineering team and conduct critical analysis of projects. Support the internal team in conflict management and daily site operations. Ensure effective planning, execution, and management of all involved suppliers. Issue periodic reports containing quality, financial, and schedule control indicators.
