Collaborate with suppliers and field teams A technology company is seeking a DWDM Projects and Deployments Specialist in São Paulo (Moções City). Italtel is an Italian company providing information and communication technology solutions. It specializes in telecommunications services and network infrastructure. **Responsibilities:** Design and plan DWDM network solutions aligned with customer requirements. Create, review, and enhance MOPs (Methods of Operation and Procedures) for efficient deployments. Interact with customers and internal teams to gather requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions. Execute deployments and provide remote support during maintenance windows. Evaluate and apply Method of Procedure (MOP) and action plans for Cisco optical deployments. Provide specialized technical support for DWDM equipment and related technologies. Collaborate with suppliers and field teams. Develop and review projects in Cisco CTP/CONP. Monitor DWDM trends and innovations, delivering internal training as needed.
