Ensuring raw material quality and compliance Description: Experience in the plastic sector, commitment, leadership, and teamwork Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree * Lead continuous improvement projects, implementing process changes and ensuring operational efficiency; * Monitor performance indicators, identifying improvement opportunities and resolving problems; * Conduct resin and other production input testing together with the Development team, ensuring raw material quality; * Execute trial runs of new molds and retrofits, ensuring equipment performance and compliance; * Develop Process Technical Sheets and Work Instructions, ensuring standardization and operational knowledge; * Conduct root cause analysis of non-conformities, proposing and implementing corrective and preventive actions; * Collaborate with the Maintenance team in analyzing process issues, seeking effective and rigorous solutions; * Prepare management reports, providing accurate and relevant data for production decision-making; * Ensure the use of recycled raw materials in the process, contributing to the company's sustainability; * Ensure process compliance with internal and external standards and regulations. 2512140202201862513
