




**Shift Coordinator** **Description:** Responsible for full operational management during the shift, ensuring achievement of sales, productivity, quality, and service targets. **Key Responsibilities:** Manage restaurant operations during your shift (production, service, and inventory). Supervise coordinators, servers, and support staff. Ensure achievement of daily sales targets and operational KPIs. Monitor financial controls: cash register, cash withdrawals, and daily closing. Manage inventory, waste, and product expiration dates. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and good handling practices. Address issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare operational and administrative reports for the shift. **Requirements:** Relevant experience and familiarity with operational routines; Knowledge of team management, inventory control, and operational KPIs; Full availability for all shifts (6x1 schedule, night shifts, and weekends). **We Offer:** **Salary: Negotiable** **Transportation voucher – Shopping Mall (Santo Amaro)** **Meals on site** **6x1 schedule – 10:20 AM to 8:00 PM** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
