Knowledge of machine safety conditions Punctuality and productivity Basic knowledge of mathematics Basic knowledge of Portuguese * Must reside near Bairro do Limão, São Paulo, SP Must have availability to work afternoon shift from 1:50 PM to 10:00 PM, 6x2 work schedule with rotating days off. * **Desired Qualifications:** Knowledge of measurements (thickness, width, and length) Knowledge of flexographic inks, including identification and Pantone Basic understanding of solvent usage calculation control **Detailed Description / Responsibilities (Responsibility / Authority)** Check machine safety conditions and electro\-mechanical mechanisms before product setup, according to safety standards; Verify product specifications on the production order (OP) prior to setup; Feed the machine; Perform cleaning and replacement of blades and seals in Doctor Blade chambers; Prepare clichés using double-sided tape; Attach clichés to the cylinder according to the OP (production order); Adjust and control the doctor blade system; Record production data by entering it into the production report; Set up the product, verifying color standard and registration alignment; Adjust ink and machine settings according to the OP (production order); Monitor ink viscosity during the process using a viscometer and stopwatch; Document occurrences (material changes, print runs, and performance) on the production sheet; Keep equipment clean and ready for use; Maintain a clean and organized work area; Properly use and care for PPE and uniform.
