Development and implementation of commercial strategies\n\nWe are looking for a **Senior Commercial Analyst** to manage customer and strategic partner relationships, ensuring closeness, customized solutions, and business value generation. This person will be responsible for the entire commercial cycle—from prospecting through to closing—as well as strategy development and sales force support.\n**Responsibilities:**\n* Manage portfolios of commercial partners and strategic customers, ensuring differentiated and continuous service;\n* Execute the full commercial cycle: prospecting, negotiation, proposal preparation, and contract formalization;\n* Conduct market analysis and commercial intelligence to identify opportunities and trends;\n* Develop and implement partnership strategies, defining metrics and monitoring performance indicators;\n* Deliver training and provide commercial support to representatives and partners;\n* Maintain close relationships via multiple channels (e-mail, phone, in-person).\n**Technical Requirements:**\n* Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related fields;\n* Solid experience (3–5 years) in commercial roles, partnerships, or business development;\n* Strong analytical ability, strategic vision, and results orientation;\n* Interpersonal and negotiation skills;\n* Ability to work autonomously and propose complex solutions;\n* Experience with renewable energy solutions is desirable;\n* Must reside in MG;\n* Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B).\n**Preferred Qualifications:**\n* Experience in new market development and large account management;\n* Involvement in strategic projects and commercial expansion;\n* Familiarity with data analysis tools and CRM systems.\n**Availability:**\nThis position is remote but requires availability for recurring travel across various regions of Minas Gerais.\n**We value diversity!**\nIVI Energia believes in an inclusive and welcoming workplace.
