Maintain equipment in perfect working condition, perform technical maintenance, general cleaning, supervise third-party personnel when resolving issues beyond our scope, conduct frequent tests and inspections of safety devices, preserve visual appearance, lighting at the site, and implementation—thereby aiming to ensure customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform operational support for PCs, including: replenishing supplies, paper, and air filters; replacing consumables and parts; installing applications; inspecting PCs to verify they are in perfect condition; coordinating with vendors for technical repairs; configuring software; and maintaining up-to-date visual communication at the site. * Repair or replace defective equipment components identified through technical expertise. Request replacement parts from Logistics using the ETA system tools and transportation providers. * Grant site access to maintenance personnel (e.g., telecommunications concessionaire, contractor, or maintenance company) to perform repairs on identified faults. * Remain constantly vigilant regarding equipment safety devices, checking whether they have been tampered with or subjected to any fraudulent attempts. For this purpose, we apply technical knowledge of system operation and use a test template, performing maintenance as needed. * Ensure proper signage and lighting at sites, as well as visual aspects such as paint, stickers, dirt, etc., using cleaning materials and replacement parts, and engaging contractors when tasks fall outside my responsibilities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Completed technical training in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; * Knowledge of microcomputing (hardware and software); * Must hold a valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Availability to work weekends and holidays (5x2 rotating schedule). **Additional Information** Work locations include Central São Paulo, Santana, Lapa, Cachoeirinha, Lauzane Paulista, Freguesia do Ó, Brasilândia, Lapa, and Pirituba.
