With national operations across more than 24 strategically located branches, we strictly comply with ANVISA regulations, ensuring the storage and transportation of medicines with **quality and safety.** **Job Responsibilities** * Verify and sort merchandise. * Receive manifests from Operational Supervisors and collection waybills from branches. * Sort merchandise by invoice number or order number. * Verify the cargo’s destination to dispatch to branches or customers. * Sort merchandise by sector. * Assign invoices to boxes. * Verify loading. * Record incidents in the operational incident report and forward to the Solutions Department if merchandise is damaged. * Dispatch scheduled merchandise for special customers. * Receive merchandise. * Receive invoices and re-verify merchandise to avoid dispatching incorrect items. * List verified invoices in the loading report. * Deliver verified invoices to the Shipping Department to prepare manifests. * Calculate vehicle value and weight. * Install tracking bait devices, depending on vehicle value. * Organize sectors. * Use required PPE in all necessary situations to maintain appropriate safety standards. **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience performing these duties. * Availability to work in São Paulo/SP. **What We Offer** * Alelo Tudo (Meal Voucher, Food Voucher, and Multi-Benefits) * Dental Plan * Medical Assistance (employee-paid — effective after probation period) * Life Insurance * Total Pass Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
