Job Summary:
Manage the Quality area to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and Data Center project specifications, promoting continuous improvement and managing non-conformances.

You will join the **Quality team.**
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Manage the Quality area related to commissioning and ensure its compliance with ISO 9001 standards and Data Center project specifications.
* Conduct inspections, audits, and quality verifications at all construction stages (structure, electrical installations, HVAC, security, etc.).
* Ensure compliance with Data Center-specific standards and certifications (Uptime Institute Tiers, TIA\-942, ASHRAE, NFPA, applicable NBRs, among others).
* Manage the non-conformance process, including identification, recording, root cause analysis, definition and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
* Coordinate and monitor testing and commissioning processes for critical systems (electrical, air conditioning, automation).
* Promote quality culture and continuous improvement among internal teams and subcontractors.
* Develop and manage project quality documentation (records, inspection reports, test plans, as\-builts, and databook).
* Actively participate in all relevant meetings (planning, execution, etc.), reporting on quality status and proposing solutions.
* Perform supplier and subcontractor qualification and monitoring.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Active CREA registration
* Professional experience in Data Center commissioning or similar critical infrastructure (e.g., hospitals, high-performance processing centers)
* In-depth knowledge and experience applying ISO 9001 (preferably with Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification)
* Proficiency in Data Center-related standards and technical specifications (Uptime Institute Tiers, TIA\-942, ASHRAE, NFPA, NBRs)
* Familiarity with non-conformance management systems and continuous improvement tools
* Excellent communication (oral and written), leadership, negotiation, and teamwork skills
* Proactivity, resilience, critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to solve complex problems
* Experience in large-scale construction projects
* Experience in people management
