All our job openings are open to persons with disabilities (PwD). **Responsibilities and Duties** * Implement technological solutions to optimize commercial processes, ensuring strategic alignment with business needs. * Administer and prioritize demands and projects for the commercial area, monitoring the development of Multiplatform solutions and preparing strategic reports for decision-making. * Plan and conduct the weekly GEMUD meeting, promoting alignment across departments and ensuring efficient execution of initiatives. * Identify and evaluate new technologies that can enhance commercial performance and integration across different sales and management platforms. * Define, jointly with the Key User, priorities for commercial area demands, ensuring technology supports company growth and competitiveness. * Coordinate evolutionary activities and demands, ensuring high-quality deliveries within established deadlines, with focus on end-user experience. * Manage and optimize the performance of the Multiplatform team, implementing best practices and ensuring solution quality. * Remove impediments and ensure smooth deliveries in complex environments, guaranteeing high system availability and scalability. * Manage small end-to-end projects (Planning, Execution, and Implementation), ensuring alignment with commercial and technological objectives. * Coordinate system evolution, monitoring updates and continuous improvements to maintain efficiency and technological innovation in commercial processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Technology-related fields; * Postgraduate degree preferred; * Ability to facilitate team collaboration and commitment to delivering results; * Experience in People and Project Management; * Knowledge of MS Project; * Experience with Marketplaces, including system integration, sales management, and optimization of e-commerce and online sales platform processes; * Proficiency in data analysis and use of Business Intelligence (BI) tools for strategic decision-making; **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * PDS (Superior Performance Bonus); * Partnerships and Agreements (SESC, universities, restaurants, leisure, culture, etc.); * Development/Educational Platform and Development Programs; * Pregnancy Program; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance or Parking; * Meal Allowance or Food Allowance; **Working Hours**: 08:00 to 18:00 **Work Model**: (4 days onsite per week and 1 day remote) **Location**: Vila Olímpia We are **GrupoSC**: the extension of the industry, a customer-focused solution centered on patients and consumers, formed by major brands such as SantaCruz, Panpharma, and Oncoprod.
