If you identify with this, come feel the Pluxee effect. **Responsibilities and Duties** At Pluxee, you will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end visibility of our applications and infrastructure, supporting rapid incident identification, continuous performance improvement, and the evolution of system reliability. *Make an impact, inspire, and grow with us!* Responsibilities: * Implement, configure, and administer observability solutions using Datadog; * Create and maintain executive, operational, and technical dashboards for critical environments; * Develop and fine-tune intelligent alerts, reducing false positives and increasing operational efficiency; * Monitor applications, infrastructure, and services across cloud, hybrid, and distributed environments; * Analyze logs, metrics, and traces (APM) for troubleshooting and performance bottleneck identification; * Support Development, Operations, and SRE teams in investigating and resolving critical incidents; * Implement monitoring for Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architectures; * Automate processes using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar; * Conduct root cause analyses (RCA) and support post-mortem processes; * Define, track, and evolve SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs; * Integrate Datadog with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and enterprise tools; * Participate in war rooms and monitor critical business events; * Document observability standards, processes, and best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience with Datadog (APM, Logs, Metrics, RUM, and Synthetic Monitoring); * Hands-on experience with proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance analysis; * Experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP environments; * Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker; * Experience with CI/CD, automation, and IaC (Terraform, Ansible, or similar); * Knowledge of SRE, Observability, and DevOps; * Completed undergraduate degree in IT or related fields; * Technical English (desirable). **Additional Information** Our benefits stand out in the market: * Meal Pass * Food Pass * Medical and Dental Assistance * Life Insurance * Private Pension * Profit Sharing Plan (PPLR) * Culture Pass * Gym Pass * Support Pass * 50% subsidy on medication costs Pluxee is the world’s leading partner in employee benefits and incentives, opening a world of opportunities to help everyone enjoy more of what truly matters in life.
