This position is part of the Xarvio Agronomy team in Brazil, within the South America Digital and New Business Models structure. **Candidate** Responsible for technical and market development of digital solutions in the operational region, including planning, implementation, monitoring, analysis, and discussion of field trial results for key focus crops (soybean, corn, and cotton), aiming to validate new digital models and services, establish regional technical positioning, and develop agronomic logic relevant to the region. Will serve as the technical reference for xarvio digital solutions in the region, providing agronomic training and support to BASF’s Digital, Seeds \& Traits, and Crop Protection business teams, as well as business partners (distributors, multipliers, consultants, and representatives) and strategic customers. We seek a candidate with a degree in Agronomy / Agricultural Engineering who wishes to work in Digital Agronomy and new agricultural solutions. Experience in field experimentation, product development, and market development for soybean, corn, and cotton crops is required.
