We seek a committed, creative, organized individual with a passion for mixology. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare mise en place and maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and workplace. * Manage inventory control, requisitioning, and restocking of beverages and supplies. * Prepare classic and original cocktails with attention to presentation and flavor. * Serve customers with friendliness, efficiency, and professionalism. * Verify expiration dates, labels, and weekly/monthly requisitions. * Contribute creative ideas for events and special occasions. * Minimize waste and use supplies responsibly. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role. * Knowledge of both classic and contemporary mixology. * Organizational skills, efficiency, and strong communication abilities. * Team spirit and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Bartending/mixology training. * Creativity in developing original cocktails. * Experience in hospitality or event environments.
