### **Work Schedule**
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM \- Friday and Saturday: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM \- Sunday: 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM \- Rotating 6-day workweek with fixed weekly day off every Monday \+ one Sunday per month (double day off once per month)
Main Responsibilities:
Operational Management
\-Coordinate daily operations across dining area, cash register, inventory, and logistics \-Ensure smooth, organized, and efficient unit operation \-Collaborate closely with dining area, delivery, kitchen, and administrative departments.
People Management
\-Lead, train, motivate, and develop team members \-Conduct recruitment processes, performance evaluations, and ongoing feedback \-Foster a respectful, productive, and collaborative work environment
Customer Service
\-Ensure excellence in customer service and overall experience \-Directly handle complaints and critical situations
Financial Management
\-Monitor revenues, expenses, KPIs, and budgets \-Ensure achievement of profitability targets and cost reduction goals
Inventory, Purchasing, and Suppliers
\-Monitor stock levels, expiration dates, and waste \-Place orders, negotiate with suppliers, and track deliveries
Standardization and Quality
\-Implement and monitor hygiene, food safety, and service standards \-Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices
Marketing & Growth
\-Support and oversee promotional activities and marketing strategies \-Contribute to brand strengthening and increased customer traffic
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
\-Seek improvements in processes, services, menu, and customer experience \-Anticipate trends in the gastronomy market
**Requirements**
\-Completed high school education \-Proficiency in Excel \-Experience in coordination/management within the food service industry \-Knowledge of operational routines, financial management, and food safety \-Software used: LUOL
