All our positions are open to people with* *disabilities (PCD)"* We are looking for a **Senior IT Process Analyst (ID 47869\)** to join ASSA ABLOY, Diadema unit. **As a Senior IT Process Analyst, you will support ASSA ABLOY’s success by:** Supporting the implementation and monitoring of IT governance policies, ensuring that processes are documented, controlled, and aligned with internal and external standards. **You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in this role. Your key responsibilities include:** * Documentation and control of processes; * Supporting the creation, review, and updating of IT procedures, policies, and standards; * Ensuring documentation is organized and accessible; * Access management and compliance; * Assisting in user creation, modification, and deletion across systems; * Supporting access audits and periodic reviews; * Metrics and reporting; * Generating compliance, risk, and governance indicator reports; * Supporting SLA/SLO (service level) metric collection; * Audits and compliance; * Supporting internal/external audits by providing evidence; * Ensuring defined controls from the department are followed; * Governance project support; * Participating in process improvement initiatives (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, ISO); * Supporting risk management and internal control activities; * Communication and guidance; * Serving as a point of support for business and IT departments, answering questions regarding standards and procedures; * Supporting internal training related to governance. **What we would love to see in your background:** Minimum 2 years of experience in IT processes, governance, or controls; Knowledge of IT audits (internal and external); Experience with ITSM / Service Desk tools; Knowledge of metrics (KPIs); Knowledge of access management; Familiarity with TOTVS Datasul (a plus); Knowledge of Access Management. **Your education includes:** * Bachelor’s degree in related fields * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Intermediate English (desirable) * ITIL Foundation certification **Why apply:** **Empowerment:** You will be part of a global team in a collaborative and flexible work environment, with continuous learning and professional development opportunities. **Innovation:** Here, you are encouraged to embrace challenges, explore new technologies, and actively contribute to progressive and innovative solutions. **Integrity:** We value results-oriented, reliable, and transparent individuals who believe in relationships built on respect, ethics, and mutual trust. **We are the ASSA ABLOY GROUP** Our employees make us a global leader in access solutions.
