We are looking for a candidate focused on cloud infrastructure and operations to support the maintenance and evolution of our AWS environments. This professional will play a critical role in ensuring service availability, performance, and security, while also contributing to automation, continuous improvement, and modern practices such as CI/CD, observability, and infrastructure as code. We seek someone analytical, collaborative, and structured in problem-solving—going beyond reactive responses to actively contribute to the evolution of our environment and engineering practices! This position is offered in a **hybrid model**, with **two in-office days per week** at our office in **Alphaville/SP (Barueri)**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support cloud (AWS) environment operations and maintenance, ensuring service availability, performance, and security. * Provide infrastructure technical support, focusing on root cause analysis—not just incident resolution. * Assist in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, contributing to automation of build and deployment processes. * Support application and infrastructure monitoring and management using observability tools. * Collaborate on creating and evolving infrastructure as code (IaC), following best practices for versioning and standardization. * Participate in incident analyses, contributing to continuous improvements in the environment (post\-mortems, preventive actions). * Support development teams in utilizing infrastructure, acting as an enabler—not as an executor of application-level tasks. * Assist in documenting environments, architectures, and operational processes. * Contribute to continuous improvements targeting operational efficiency, cost reduction (FinOps), and increased reliability. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What is mandatory?** * Basic knowledge of cloud computing (preferably AWS). * Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS). * Familiarity with Linux systems (command line, basic troubleshooting). * Basic knowledge of source code versioning (Git). * Awareness of containers (Docker). * Interest in automation and DevOps/SRE best practices. * Ability to continuously learn and pursue technical growth. * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. **What would be a differentiator?** * Practical experience with AWS (ECS, EC2, ALB, S3, CloudWatch, IAM). * Knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.). * Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi, or similar). * Exposure to observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.). * Awareness of cloud security (IAM, policies, best practices). * Knowledge of Kubernetes (even basic). * Experience with automation in Python or Shell Script. * Understanding of SRE practices (SLI, SLO, incident management). **Additional Information** **Health and Well\-Being:** * SulAmérica Health Insurance and Amil Dental Insurance; * TotalPass offering access to physical activities and leisure; * Physical and mental health programs (Eleva). **Flexible Benefit:** * iFood Benefits Card: flexible option to manage your balance according to your preferences. **Mobility:** * Transportation Allowance (VT); * Or reimbursement for ride-hailing apps, shuttle services, or parking—facilitating your commute (if you opt out of VT). **Recognition and Appreciation:** * Profit-sharing plan (PLR) tied to goal achievement, tenure-based bonuses, wedding or newborn bonuses, and a birthday day off. **Development and Growth:** * Annual allowance for books, courses, or events, plus support for postgraduate studies, undergraduate studies, and language learning. **Security:** * Life insurance for you and your beneficiaries.
