




Job Summary: A professional to ensure the reliability of financial information, working on reconciliation, analysis, and operational control to identify inconsistencies and structure processes. Support for the evolution of controller and internal audit functions Ensure the reliability of Via Invest's financial information by directly performing reconciliation, analysis, and operational control—with emphasis on identifying inconsistencies, structuring processes, and supporting the evolution of the controller and internal audit areas. **Main Responsibilities** * Execute financial reconciliations (bank and credit operations), ensuring consistency across systems and controls * Identify, investigate, and resolve financial and operational discrepancies * Work directly with databases to support managerial closing * Build, review, and maintain financial controls in Excel (high-volume data) * Monitor operations and ensure correct recording in internal controls * Collaborate with internal departments (operations, credit, accounting) to resolve inconsistencies * Support accounting analyses, classifications, and explanations of variances * Contribute to structuring internal audit routines and controls * Suggest continuous process improvements based on identified issues **Requirements** * Advanced Excel skills (handling large datasets, formulas, data cross-referencing) * Solid experience in financial reconciliation and data analysis * Practical experience in financial routines (not just theoretical knowledge) * Experience in financial-sector companies (credit, securitization, fintech, etc.) * Ability to manage high volumes of information **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with financial systems / ERPs * Knowledge of accounting (classifications and journal entries) * Experience in internal audit or controls * Familiarity with control automation (advanced Excel, VBA, Power BI, or similar tools) **Expected Profile** * Hands-on — executes, investigates, and resolves * Proactive — anticipates needs rather than waiting for requests * Strong sense of accountability for financial figures * Good communication skills for interaction and follow-up with departments * Organized and detail-oriented * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills * Sense of urgency **Education** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Finance, Controller, or related areas (preferred) Benefits * Market-competitive compensation * Sulamérica medical and dental insurance * Meal allowance + transportation allowance * Annual profit-sharing program (PLR) * Birthday day off * Education assistance Send your resume to rh@viainvest.com.br by 04/31/2026 100% on-site position — near Paraíso metro station.
