Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to analyze and resolve Level 1 SRE incidents, recover environments, analyze logs, and lead crisis rooms. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in SRE incident analysis and environment recovery. 2. Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting tools (Dynatrace). 3. Practical experience with DevOps and SRE culture (Microservices, Pipeline, Kubernetes). **We are looking for someone who dares to co-lead with us.** **Responsibilities and Duties:** Monitor ticket/alert queue via ServiceNow; Analyze Level 1 incidents related to SRE requests; Perform restarts and environment recovery activities; Analyze logs from tools and applications (Dynatrace); Set up and lead crisis rooms; Escalate issues and open tickets with vendors; Follow up with executives. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree completed. Knowledge of AWS Cloud; Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting tools (Dynatrace); Experience analyzing logs from tools and applications (Dynatrace); Experience with LINUX; Experience and practical knowledge of DevOps and SRE culture (Microservices, Pipeline, Kubernetes); Experience monitoring ticket/alert queues via ServiceNow; Experience analyzing Level 1 incidents related to SRE requests; Experience performing restarts and environment recovery; Experience escalating issues and opening vendor tickets; Experience following up with executives; Experience setting up and leading crisis rooms; **Desirable:** **Additional Information:** * For your health, we offer **medical and dental assistance** with no copayment for exams and consultations. * Want more wellbeing?
