The **Experimental Kitchen** is responsible for strategic activities including research, development, testing, and standardization of recipes, as well as the technical application of products across various gastronomic contexts. We seek a professional with a solid technical background in Gastronomy, an analytical mindset, and hands-on experience in professional kitchens. **Key Responsibilities:** * Research, develop, test, and validate recipes, ensuring technical standards, sensory quality, and operational feasibility; * Conduct product testing to evaluate performance, yield, texture, flavor, and presentation; * Draft, review, and standardize technical recipes, including technical sheets, preparation methods, and usage specifications; * Apply techniques from both **savory and sweet cuisine** across diverse culinary preparations and contexts; * Document test results, formulation adjustments, and processes, maintaining an organized historical record; * Support continuous improvement of recipes and processes within the Experimental Kitchen; * Maintain organization, good handling practices, and food safety. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in **Gastronomy**; * Proven experience in **restaurant kitchens**, with mastery of fundamental savory and sweet cooking techniques; * A **creative, analytical, and focused** profile, with **leadership spirit** and strong sense of responsibility; * Basic knowledge of **computer literacy** (recording tests, recipes, and controls); * Aptitude for technical documentation and process organization. **Compensation and Benefits:** **Position:** Full-level Cook **Salary:** R$ 3\.557,05 **Benefits:** Meal or Food Allowance (R$27.50 per day) \| Commuter Pass \| SulAmérica Medical and Dental Assistance 100% on-site work model, from **08:00 to 17:00\.** Payment: R$3\.557,05 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food allowance * Meal allowance Work location: On-site
