**Company Description** Accor hotels, a global leader operating, managing, and franchising hotels, resorts, and vacation properties under various brands. **Job Description** * Maintain cleanliness and order in the hotel’s public areas (social and service areas), including cleaning social and service restrooms, dusting, cleaning windows, stairs, elevators, ashtrays, outdoor areas, etc. * Organize the cleaning cart, arranging all materials, equipment, tools, and other items required for cleaning and maintaining the hotel’s public areas (social and service areas). * Remove trash and restock social and service restrooms with necessary supplies (toilet paper, soaps, etc.). * Perform general maintenance checklists for hotel facilities and report any irregularities to the supervisor. * Identify items left behind or forgotten in public areas and deliver them to the Housekeeping Manager. * Maintain an organized recycling area. * Prepare staff coffee (for all shifts), including replenishing consumable items. * Perform other related duties as required by departmental needs. **Qualifications** Attention to detail, Discretion and professional ethics, Responsibility and commitment, Organization, Teamwork, Good communication, Proactivity and agility.
