Job Summary: Construction helper to assist in various civil construction activities, including loading, unloading, material preparation, and construction site maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in various civil construction activities 2. Prepare mortar and concrete 3. Keep the construction site organized **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Saturday, 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. **Employment Type:** Fixed-term contract of 180 days (6 months), extendable for an additional 180 days. **Responsibilities:** * Load, unload, and transport materials such as cement, sand, gravel, bricks, and tools; * Prepare mortar, concrete, and other materials; * Assist masons with foundations, masonry, and finishing work; * Clean the construction site, remove waste and debris, and maintain an organized environment. * Excavate trenches and grooves in walls or floors; * Assist in minor demolition tasks; * Maintain cleanliness and proper care of tools, machinery, and equipment. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience as a construction helper/laborer or in operational activities is desirable; * Availability for physically demanding tasks; * Basic knowledge of civil construction (e.g., mixing mortar, organizing materials, on-site support); * Commitment, proactivity, and willingness to work collaboratively; * Adherence to occupational safety regulations. **If interested, please apply for this position or send your resume to our e\-mail.** **E\-mail:** selecao@fmabc.br Job Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.500,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Private pension plan * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
