Loading and unloading of materials and organization of the construction site. Assistance to skilled workers (masons, carpenters, and operators) in daily tasks. Maintenance of cleanliness and preservation of tools and work area. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of proven experience in this role. **Education:** Completed high school. **Profile:** Proactive, physically fit, and safety-conscious. **JOB DETAILS:** **Salary:** R$ 1\.717,20\. **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance (2 passes/day), Basic Food Basket, Health Insurance, and Life Insurance. **Location:** Gov.
