Missions/Main Duties: * Participate in the development of geometric projects across various phases (studies, preliminary design, basic design, and detailed design), including horizontal/vertical alignment, typical cross-sections, superelevation, and transitions. * Prepare and review earthwork models: cuts, fills, slopes, volume optimization, and mass balance—considering material reuse and environmental guidelines. * Produce plans, profiles, cross-sections, technical reports, descriptive and quantitative construction memoranda. * Support route alignment studies, alternative route evaluations, and compatibility assessments with technical, environmental, and expropriation constraints. * Interact with disciplines such as drainage, pavement, special structures (SSEs), geotechnics, signage, and safety—ensuring multidisciplinary coordination. * Use infrastructure modeling and design software to generate digital terrain models (DTMs), corridors, and surfaces. * Contribute to quality control of deliverables, compliance with standards (DNIT, ANTT, ABNT, and state-level standards), and internal standardization. * Support field technical visits, when necessary, for data collection and solution validation.
