Job Summary: As an AI Engineering Supervisor, you will lead AI and GenAI innovation projects at EY’s BeyondLabs, driving operational efficiency and new technological experiences. Key Highlights: 1. You’ll lead innovation projects focused on Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI, advancing operational efficiency, new business models, and differentiated technology experiences. As a technology manager, you’ll also serve as a technical and leadership reference for your team, supporting experimentation, delivery, technical evolution, and strategic initiatives. **Why you?** If you meet the requirements below, this opportunity may be right for you: **Mandatory Requirements** * Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computing, or related fields. * Experience in digital solutions, innovation, and AI, including leading projects and development teams. * Practical experience with GenAI and Python. **Preferred Knowledge in:** * LangChain, LlamaIndex, FastAPI, crewAI, LangGraph. * Agent architectures (multi-agent systems, roles, tools, memory, MCP, A2A). * Building RAGs: vector databases, chunking, embeddings, semantic search, and hybrid search. * Azure Cloud: Containers, Functions, Cosmos, Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI. * CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions). * Advanced/fluent English and intermediate Spanish. * Willingness to travel occasionally. **Nice-to-Have** * Experience in innovation centers or projects involving emerging technologies. * Experience with IoT, VR/AR, or robotics (areas referenced within the BeyondLabs environment).
