Handling of spray guns and industrial paints **Job Opening: Industrial Painter** We are seeking an Industrial Painter to join our team. The professional will be responsible for preparing and painting metal parts, structures, and equipment, ensuring finish quality and adherence to safety standards. Trial period: 30 days; after this period, formal CLT employment. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare metal surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, and applying primer when required); * Perform industrial painting using spray guns and other equipment; * Prepare and mix paints according to technical specifications; * Inspect the quality of painted parts' finishes; * Maintain cleanliness and preservation of equipment and the work environment; * Comply with safety, quality, and PPE usage standards. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary or high school education; * Experience as an Industrial Painter; * Knowledge of surface preparation and application of industrial paints; * Familiarity with spray gun operation; * Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail; * Ability to work in a team. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Physical basic food basket (during trial period); * Meal allowance and food allowance – R$ 560.00 (after trial period / CLT employment). **Salary:** * To be negotiated (based on experience). **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday – 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM; * Friday – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; * 1-hour lunch break; * 15-minute afternoon break.
