




Job Summary: This internship offers an opportunity for technical course students to assist in administrative routines, document organization, and support for employees and customers. Organize and archive documents Required Qualifications: **Attention:** * The candidate must be enrolled in the 1st or 2nd module of a technical course in: **Administration, Contracts, Production and Events, Singing and Conducting, Accounting, and Logistics (only in-person modality);** * Must be between 16 and 23 years old (not yet completed) Summary of Main Responsibilities: * Comply with the Employment Contract, Institutional Policies, and Guidelines; * Assist in all administrative routines of the department; * Receive, perform preliminary verification, send, organize, and archive documents and/or equipment and materials; * Attend to employees and customers; * Support IT-related activities, including populating documents or spreadsheets and digitizing documents; * Perform other tasks related to those described above, as determined by the Immediate Supervisor.
