Job Summary: Perform corrective and preventive maintenance, and install printers, multifunctional devices, notebooks, and computers at client sites, with a focus on diagnosis and technical support. Diagnosis of desktops and notebooks Responsibilities: \_ Perform corrective and preventive maintenance, and install printers, multifunctional devices, notebooks, and computers at client sites; For printers and/or multifunctional devices, provide technical support for low- and medium-volume black-and-white and color equipment; For desktops and notebooks of low to medium complexity, perform diagnosis using manufacturer-provided tools.
