Job Summary: A technology professional focused on data, responsible for developing, analyzing, and improving data pipelines while contributing to team architecture and development. Key Highlights: 1. Support the technical and behavioral development of the team **What We Expect From You:** * Bachelor's degree in Technology, Data, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. * Master's degree in Project Management, Business Management, or related fields is desirable. * Proficiency in Project Management, Data Analysis, Interpretation, and Data-Driven Decision Making. * Knowledge of Agile Methodologies and Process Management. * Proficiency in Programming Languages. * Proficiency in Databases. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Define, develop, test, and deploy low-, medium-, and high-complexity data pipelines by analyzing stated objectives to determine data modeling and transformation rules—ensuring data lineage while prioritizing maintainability, scalability, performance, availability, and security, aligned with FinOps practices. * Analyze, fix, and improve low-, medium-, and high-complexity data pipelines through code and data analysis using the defined technical stack components. * Collaborate with the team by proposing suggestions to enhance the pipeline development and maintenance process, and develop automations for data pipelines. * Write and suggest improvements to technical documentation per internal procedures to support knowledge management and governance. * Define the optimal architectural approach by analyzing functional requirements, non-functional requirements, and the technical stack for data delivery. * Support team development (technical and behavioral) by removing blockers, providing guidance, and conducting training sessions aligned with company values and knowledge management principles.
