Internal Sales Representative (Telesales)

Description

**Main responsibilities:** ✔ Conduct active client prospecting via telephone; ✔ Present products and services in a consultative manner; ✔ Lead negotiations and close sales; ✔ Manage client portfolio and perform frequent follow\-ups; ✔ Enter and update commercial information in the CRM; ✔ Support commercial strategies and departmental goals; ✔ Work with performance targets and metrics. **Mandatory requirements:** * Proven experience in active telemarketing (sales); * Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills; * Resilient, proactive, and results-oriented profile; * Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems; * Completed high school education. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience in B2B sales; * Background working in technical-sector companies; * Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Location: São Paulo – Freguesia do Ó * Employment type: In-person * Salary: R$ 2\.250,00 \+ Aggressive commissions \+ Meal voucher \+ Health insurance plan (50% of monthly premium covered by the company) Compensation range: R$2\.250,00 \- R$15\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: In-person
