Ensuring agility and quality in customer service We are looking for a **Junior Operations Assistant (Logistics)** to support the logistics processes of clients served within our operational scope, ensuring organization, agility, and efficiency in asset intake, outbound, and movement activities. Here, you will directly handle various operational demands, actively participating in the logistics chain, contributing to service quality and supporting the customer experience at every stage of the process. **?** **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Support asset intake, outbound, and movement processes; * Prepare assets for provisioning; * Issue invoices and shipping labels; * Negotiate with logistics partners regarding quotations, equipment pickup, and delivery; * Record interactions and updates in the ticket management system; * Identify and promptly resolve operational issues; * Escalate complex situations when necessary; * Support large-scale projects involving logistics and asset movement; * Ensure agility and quality in responding to client requests. **?** **What We Expect From You:** * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Agility in handling critical tasks; * Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and control; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Collaborative mindset for team-based work; * Proactivity and strong sense of responsibility. **?** **Requirements** * Prior experience in logistics; * Experience with inventory or asset movement routines; * Familiarity with support tools and operational systems; * Interest in and curiosity about technology; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from **8:00 AM to 5:00 PM**. **?** **What We Offer:** Compensation: Initial salary R$ 1,950.00; after 3 months, R$ 2,500.00 * Meal Allowance (R$ 704.00 – Sólides Benefits); * Transportation Allowance; * Fully company-funded Health Insurance (effective after 3 months); * Fully company-funded Dental Insurance; * TotalPass; * Life Insurance; * Collaborative environment with real growth opportunities; * Continuous training and professional development.
