The **Junior Compensation Analyst** will support job and compensation processes, helping maintain the company’s organizational and compensation structures. The role involves controlling and analyzing data, preparing reports, and supporting Human Resources departments, ensuring compliance with internal policies and aiding decision-making. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Fixed and Variable Compensation:** * Conduct comprehensive monitoring—from goal-setting agreements through to execution—of variable compensation programs and support calculation activities (e.g., annual ICPs). * Support the maintenance of the job and salary structure, ensuring consistency and up-to-date database integrity. * Validate salary movement processes (merit increases, promotions, reclassifications, etc.). * Assist in administering fixed and variable compensation policies. **Reporting and Controls:** * Monitor departmental KPIs and propose process improvements. * Maintain controls and records of salary movements and benefits, ensuring full traceability. **Internal Support:** * Provide support to internal departments regarding job and salary inquiries. * Contribute to clear communication of best practices and compensation policies to managers and employees. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)—a practical test will be administered; * Strong analytical ability, meticulous attention to detail, and sound organizational sense. **Additional Information** * Meal Voucher; * Food Voucher; * Health Insurance (no co-payment); * Dental Insurance; * Group Life Insurance; * Variable Compensation Program; * Private Pension Plan; * Childcare Assistance; * TotallPass Partnership; * Shuttle service from Butantã and Pinheiros metro stations to the office.
