PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in travel sales; familiarity with hotels and/or tourism. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Consulting, selling, and follow-up on tourism services; * Customer service and itinerary planning; * Issuing tickets and documents, including managing changes and emergencies; * Post-trip follow-up; * Preparing quotations for social media promotions and sales groups.
