We exist to: **See beyond and accomplish more.** Join us and **\#Timbre**! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities:** * Strategic content and social media planning aligned with branding, positioning, and lead generation; * Ensuring adherence to brand voice and guidelines; * End-to-end management of content operations (briefing, production, validation, and publication via agency); * Defining editorial calendars, creative direction, and content priorities; * Ensuring consistency and quality across all produced materials; * Managing and liaising with social media, content, media, and creative agencies; * Providing strategic direction, validating deliverables, and monitoring deadlines with partners; * Overseeing video and photo productions, ensuring quality and brand compliance; * Producing in-house content for agile demands; * Supporting event planning and activations; * Assisting with event coverage (pre-, during, and post-event); * Collaborating closely with social media, paid media, inbound marketing, and SEO teams; * Interfacing with internal departments, especially the commercial team; * Developing strategic materials such as presentations, corporate decks, and flyers; * Managing brand assets and ensuring consistent usage of brand materials; * Monitoring content performance in coordination with agencies; * Consolidating reports and generating strategic insights; * Proposing data-driven optimizations aligned with marketing plan objectives. **** **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Communication, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields; * Prior experience in marketing with a focus on content and social media; * Analytical mindset for tracking metrics and generating insights; * Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments and stakeholders. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary * Transportation Allowance * Meal or Food Voucher * Medical and Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Profit-Sharing Program * Total Pass * Partnership with SESC * Language Learning Support * Private Pension Plan **Other Information:** * Office location: Av.
