Identify issues, propose solutions, and seek growth and innovation opportunities aligned with company objectives, applying analytical thinking and time management and adaptability skills. ***We value diversity and encourage applications from people with disabilities (PwDs), Black people (Black and Brown), women, Indigenous people, LGBTQIA\+ individuals, and other historically underrepresented groups.*** Temporary position for 6 months, with potential for permanent hiring. **MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Organize internal and external meetings, including sending invitations, defining agendas, facilitating meetings, drafting minutes, and tracking follow-ups. * Prepare supporting materials such as reports, presentations, and workflows. * Manage operational backlogs and maintain updated tracking spreadsheets. * Conduct weekly/biweekly follow-up meetings and submit control spreadsheets. * Monitor processes and report deviations. * Track tickets in Salesforce and ensure correct execution and prioritization. * Generate and manage reports and KPIs. * Monitor ongoing projects and participate in meetings with project teams and clients. * Lead implementations of business rule adjustments and new rules. * Communicate program changes to departments and suppliers. * Provide support for business- and client-related tools. * Validate orders before and after their availability on retail network channels. * Keep the Time Sheet updated with information as close to reality as possible. * Work at the client’s premises, if requested. * Attend events, if requested. * Maintain healthy relationships with clients and internal departments. * Translate external needs into internal procedures. * Suggest improvements to the work model. * Train oneself on work-related tools. * Understand integrations with clients and partners. * Ensure delivery quality and respective deadlines, whether for ad-hoc requests and/or routine tasks. * Participate in and understand the client’s entire operation. * Share knowledge about services, processes, and procedures. * Share best practices, acting as a multiplier of actions performed for one’s client portfolio. **REQUIREMENTS** **Mandatory** * Undergraduate degree in progress (Business Administration, Marketing, Health Sciences, or Technology). * Analytical and systemic thinking. * Advanced Excel and PowerPoint. * Strong communication skills. * Interpersonal relationship aptitude. **Desirable** * Salesforce. * Power BI.
