Job Summary: The Communication Analyst (Mid-Level) will plan, execute, and monitor internal communication activities, ensuring clear and strategic dissemination of information among employees. The **Communication Analyst (Mid-Level)** will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring internal communication activities, ensuring clear, consistent, and strategic dissemination of information among employees—working on internal campaign development, institutional content, and corporate announcements, supporting employee engagement, cultural alignment, and reinforcement of organizational identity. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Create initiatives and content that promote communication between employees and the company; * Develop strategic initiatives to strengthen organizational culture; * Plan initiatives to ensure all employees are well\-informed about company policies, processes, and updates; * Collaborate in the production and organization of internal events; * Plan and execute internal engagement campaigns; * Develop, maintain, and analyze reports to measure the performance of internal communication activities; * Actively participate in the implementation of internal communication channels; * Manage the intranet platform; * Analyze the department’s budget, aligning investments with planned activities to ensure efficiency and appropriate resource utilization; * Liaise with partners and suppliers; * Prepare budgets for campaigns and internal initiatives; * Create and review copywriting content, including scripts, presentations, and other textual elements; * Plan and monitor the endomarketing/commemorative dates calendar; * Distribute internal announcements across multiple channels; * Respond to requests submitted via the internal customer service system. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Marketing, Communications, or related fields. **Technical Knowledge** **Advanced Level** * Microsoft Office Suite; * Canva; * Presentation design. **Additional Information** Meal Voucher; Food Voucher; Transportation Voucher; Medical Insurance; Dental Insurance; Rede Mais Saúde Network Platform \+ Telemedicine; Partner Discount Network Platform \+ cashback and medication subsidy linked to Rede Mais Saúde usage; TotalPass; Corporate Education.
