And this is how we continue strengthening our BP identity. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What does a typical day look like?** * Develop and periodically update reports and indicators that support coordination, management, and superintendence in decision-making; * Develop, execute, and ensure indicators that support the commercial sector regarding specific analytical demands; * Standardize forms or mechanisms ensuring analyses and preparation of commercial proposals, continuously providing and updating calculation bases related to AMB, CBHPM, and/or cost \+ margin, as well as official documents from the area; * Conduct cost, margin, profitability, and feasibility analyses of products aligned with the Institution’s strategic objectives; * Develop, execute, and ensure the formatting of packages, exams, fees, equipment, and services—including their characteristics, composition, pricing policy, discounts, and negotiation terms; * Advise on clinical and support team engagement in validating risk criteria, inclusion/exclusion criteria, and contents of standardized procedures; * Draft surgical and diagnostic protocols following validation with medical and support teams; * Create standardized procedures and monitor their implementation and outcomes; * Collaborate effectively in managing the hospital’s private price tables, particularly regarding implementation, dissemination, and market monitoring; * Understand environmental aspects and impacts, as well as applicable legal requirements for one’s activities, supporting actions aimed at minimizing environmental impact and enhancing environmental performance, pursuing process compliance; * Understand and apply environmental operational control procedures relevant to one’s area—specifically those concerning waste management, liquid effluents, atmospheric emissions, and natural resources—ensuring compliance and promoting understanding and application of routines across all related areas, contributing to achievement of established environmental objectives; * Understand and support emergency situations through conducting and/or participating in drills related to environmental emergency response plans, as well as responding to actual emergencies when applicable. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Essential qualifications for this position:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Economics, or Finance; or an undergraduate degree in a healthcare field combined with analytical and financial skills; * Preferred: MBA or postgraduate qualification, and knowledge of financial mathematics; * Proficiency in computer applications, especially advanced Microsoft Office (particularly Excel); * Experience in the healthcare market and hands-on experience in pricing, handling, and calculating using market price lists and reimbursement models. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (Mon–Thu), 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Fri) **Work Location:** Martiniano de Carvalho Building **Work Model:** Hybrid **What We Offer?** Transportation Allowance Meal Allowance On-site Cafeteria Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Childcare Assistance Total Pass: A benefits platform granting access to gyms and studios across various modalities for employees and dependents.
