Interested in a career that delivers greater returns? **Check out this opportunity and \#JoinPagBank!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop scripts for different video formats, including tutorial and educational content, product and service presentations, sales-focused solution videos, advertising and commercial launch videos. * Create scripts for social media content, with special emphasis on TikTok and other vertical formats. * Translate briefs, business objectives, and creative concepts into clear, engaging scripts aligned with each channel’s tone of voice. * Collaborate closely with the creative team—including designers, motion designers, editors, account management, and strategy—throughout all stages of the creative process. * Propose original content ideas, formats, and narratives, actively contributing to brainstorming sessions and concept development. * Adapt language, storytelling, and narrative structure according to target audience, platform, and video objective. * Use Artificial Intelligence tools as creative and productivity aids—including research, script structuring, linguistic variations, and insight generation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience as a scriptwriter, creative copywriter, or in a similar role focused on video production. * Excellent writing skills, with mastery of storytelling, narrative pacing, and tone-of-voice adaptation. * Familiarity with diverse video formats and digital platforms. * Practical knowledge and use of AI tools applied to content creation. **Additional Information** **To stand out in this position, it would be great if you also have:** * Experience developing marketing, advertising, or digital product scripts. * Hands-on experience with performance videos and basic results analysis. * Interest in video trends, social media, and emerging content formats.
