Orchestrate cross-functional teams for comprehensive solutioning **Infosys Brazil** is looking for professionals with the profile of **SAP Pre Sales Specialist in AMS** to join our team. **Main activities and responsibilities:** * Lead AMS SAP pre‑sales: discovery, solution design, estimation, proposal preparation, and defense. * Define operating model (L1–L3\), SLAs/KPIs, governance, and transition plan. * Build pricing (T\&M, Managed Services, Managed Capacity) with documented assumptions. * Orchestrate SMEs, Architecture, Delivery, Legal, and Finance during solutioning. * Conduct orals/demos, answer RFP/RFI, and support contract negotiations (SoW/OLA). * Work as part of global solution team representing Infosys Brazil. **Required Qualifications:** * AMS Foundations: ITIL v4 (Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Continuity). SLA/OLA and KPI modeling (e.g., TTO, TTR, FCR, backlog health). AMS Service Catalog (L1/L2/L3 support, maintenance \+ minor enhancements). Pricing models: T\&M, Managed Capacity, Managed Services / Monthly Fee, demand packages, Unit Rate per ticket/CR. Sizing/estimation: volumetrics, seasonality, module/level mix, learning curve, automation impact. Transition \& Hyper‑care: KT (knowledge transfer), shadowing/reverse KT, readiness criteria. Governance: cadence (operational/tactical/strategic), RACI, risk \& compliance. * SAP ERP: ECC and S/4HANA (FI/CO/MM/SD/PP/PM/HCM/EWM/WM/QM). Platform: SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite (CPI), PI/PO. Ops/Infrastructure: SAP Basis/NetWeaver, HANA, performance \& monitoring. ALM: SAP Solution Manager (including ChaRM) and SAP Cloud ALM. Security \& Risk: SAP GRC, SoD, roles/authorizations. SAP DevOps (transport management, dual landscape, feature toggles, ABAPGit when applicable). * Pre‑Sales Tools: ITSM: ServiceNow / Jira Service Management / Solution Manager ITSM / others. * Compliance (Brazil): LGPD (data handling in incidents/transport logs).
