Opportunity for growth in an innovative environment We seek a Maintenance Technician to join the Strategic Maintenance area and become part of the rapid-response team — a group dedicated to preventive and corrective maintenance with a focus on fast and efficient service. **Work Locations:** Vila Romana (West Zone) or Guarapiranga (South Zone) **Available Shifts:** Morning (7 AM to 7 PM) and Night (7 PM to 7 AM) **Work Schedule:** Marshall **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support field teams by ensuring administrative and logistical support to maintenance teams, guaranteeing the availability of information, materials, tools, equipment, and documentation required for efficient field operations. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, spreadsheet-based controls, and email-based information management is required. * Manage resources, organize processes, track demands, and support maintenance management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical education (preferably in Administration, Logistics, Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields). * Active registration with the relevant professional council. * Experience in administrative support activities for maintenance, operations, or warehouse functions. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook, and experience preparing controls and reports. * Ability to manage and monitor materials, tools, equipment, and inventory. * Knowledge of creating, tracking, and updating service orders, demands, and operational records. * Ability to organize and control maintenance-related information, documents, and indicators. * Familiarity with maintenance processes, service planning, and logistics supporting field teams. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with operational teams, suppliers, and support departments. * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) Behavioral Competencies: * Organization and attention to detail. * Proactivity and sense of priority. * Planning and activity control capability. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Agility in resolving administrative demands. * Teamwork and focus on meeting operational needs. * Commitment, accountability, and results orientation. * Preferred: Experience with maintenance management systems (ERP, SAP, Maximo or similar). * Experience in warehouse routines, maintenance planning or scheduling.
