Come and join us. \#sanguelaranja! **We Are Looking for Salesforce Developers | Mid, Senior and Specialist** Inter is growing: new products, new markets, and increasing scale. That’s why we’re seeking Salesforce Developers who want to help build the future of our Super App architecture. If you prefer solving problems over repeating patterns, this is the place for you. **The Challenge** You will build the distributed services that power our Super App for millions of people. Your goal will be to ensure high availability and low latency, making architectural decisions that truly impact the experience of app users. More than just implementation, we want you to participate in technical decisions and help evolve how we build technology at Inter. **On a Day-to-Day Basis, You Will:** * Configure objects, fields, and native automations (Flow, Process Builder). * Develop customizations in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura. * Create reports and dashboards for business teams. * Design and develop synchronous (REST/SOAP) and asynchronous integrations with internal and external systems. * Apply version control (Git/SFDX) and participate in CI/CD pipelines. * Monitor logs, performance, and governance of the Salesforce environment. * Document adjustments and maintain data consistency per CRM policies. * Participate in refinement sessions, propose solution alternatives, and conduct code reviews. **Required Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in a technology-related field. * Experience with Salesforce. * Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL/SOSL, asynchronous development patterns, event-driven architecture, and platform limits (governor limits). * Experience across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, or Field Service) and integrations via middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi). * Proficiency in Git and CI/CD pipelines. * Experience with agile methodologies. * Availability for on-site work. **Preferred Qualifications** * Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Agentforce Specialist, Application Architect, Integration Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect (CTA). * Experience with MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, or OmniStudio. * Experience with monitoring and observability tools (New Relic, Datadog). * Knowledge of other programming languages (.NET, Python, Java). * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. * Experience with multi-org strategies, advanced CI/CD, and end-to-end test automation. * Experience with Tableau CRM, Intelligence, or Data Cloud. * Active participation in architecture forums or Salesforce user groups. * Experience with AI Cloud, Einstein, Slack, and integrations with data platforms (Snowflake). * Recognition within the community (Salesforce MVP, speaker at events such as Dreamforce, published content). * Participation in advisory boards (Customer Advisory Boards). * Experience in governance of complex ecosystems (1000+ users, multi-org, multi-cloud). * Experience in global AI Cloud, Data Cloud, and omnichannel integration adoption programs. **And to simplify your life, here’s what we offer:** * Meal allowance and food voucher. * Comprehensive health and dental plans. * Life insurance. * Birthday day off. * Extended parental leave. * Baby On Board Program (Nursing Room): A quiet, fully equipped space in the office for mothers returning from maternity leave. * Childcare/babysitting allowance. * WellHub (formerly Gympass) and Inter Running Group: Access to gyms and studios across Brazil, plus a group for running and connecting with fellow Inter employees. * CARE4U Space: Hair, manicure, and more—hassle-free. * Exclusive Super App benefits: Access to perks like Duo Gourmet, which gives you double portions at top restaurants, and more. * Inter Prime Card: A card with exclusive benefits. * Training and development programs: We invest in your growth through courses, workshops, and learning platforms so you never stop advancing. **How the Process Works** * Initial conversation. * Technical assessments. * Interview with Talent team. * Interview with leadership. * Offer. **\#VemproInter!!!** At Inter, the future isn’t a distant place.
