Be responsible for supporting the evolution of data architecture in AWS environments, ensuring scalability, performance, and governance. Also develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines using AWS Glue and other ETL tools, while actively participating in the migration and modernization of legacy processes—such as PowerCenter—to the new cloud-based architecture. Ensure data quality, reliability, and traceability across the entire pipeline, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions, acting in a consultative capacity and continuously proposing improvements to data architecture and processes. **Essential Qualifications:** Proven expertise and deep knowledge of AWS services, especially Glue, S3, Lambda, Athena, and Redshift. Experience developing data pipelines and ETL processes, as well as hands-on experience in data modernization or migration projects from on-premises environments to the cloud. Familiarity with legacy tools such as PowerCenter, experience in data modeling, best practices in data engineering, and proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL. **Desirable Qualifications:** Strong communication skills and the ability to operate effectively across technical and business domains, with a collaborative mindset and experience working in multidisciplinary environments. Critical thinking to propose improvements, along with proactivity and autonomy in problem-solving. Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities are essential, as is a consultative approach focused on delivering value to clients.
