We act quickly, support each other, and have fun along the way—because when you thrive, we all thrive. **WHAT YOU’LL DO:** * Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests, including performing settlement runs for scheduled payments * Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers * Monitor and resolve any discrepancies between accounts payable transactions, including bank account records * Maintain vendor records and manage onboarding documentation * Collaborate with procurement and other departments to ensure proper coding and approvals * Improve the Procure-to-Pay processes by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements * Support Procurement Acquisition team in requesting purchase orders creation when needed, facilitating communication with local suppliers, and ensuring compliance with procurement guidelines * Train employees on ERP usage for procurement and accounts payable functions * Monitor aging reports and assist in cash flow forecasting * Monitor OCR application, automating data capture and streamline workflows * Support month-end and year-end closing activities * Provide ad hoc support to the local affiliate for procurement related activities, including conducting price quotes and purchasing for local employees (e.g., airline tickets, accommodation, and office supplies), enabling direct purchases of goods and services through P-Card utilization. * Assist with audits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards **WHAT YOU’LL NEED:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting * Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting * Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and Microsoft Excel * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills * Strong communication and interpersonal abilities * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment **WHAT WE OFFER YOU:** * Purpose-driven company committed to helping change people’s lives through technology, with a values-based culture focused on Best Life (#bestlife), One Team (#oneteam), and Growth Mindset (#growthmindset). * Disconnection Days—once per quarter, we take a collective pause and enjoy a day off together around the world. #oneteam * Health, dental, and life insurance plans. * Meal allowance—for use at both supermarkets and restaurants. * Remote work allowance—you may need help with your internet bills. * Gym access subscription app. * Educational partnership offering great discounts at universities, English schools, and more. * Payroll-deducted personal loan. * EAP—we provide psychological, legal, and financial assistance whenever you need it.
