Thomas Case is a company specialized in technology and innovation solutions, offering services ranging from consulting to custom software development. **Responsibilities:** Prepare technical and commercial proposals for equipment rental and supply used in construction projects. Analyze customer requirements and size appropriate technical solutions for projects. Prepare budgets, proposals, and necessary technical documentation for submission to customers. Monitor the submission, review, and approval process of commercial proposals. Ensure documentation, contracts, and signatures are duly formalized. Serve as an interface among commercial, technical, and operational departments, transmitting information to initiate projects. Support the technical department in interpreting customer needs and equipment specifications. Conduct occasional on-site technical visits to customers, when necessary, to understand requirements or present proposals. Prospect business opportunities, with special focus on the São Paulo market. Monitor commercial processes, ensuring agility and organization in handling requests. Maintain control and tracking of ongoing proposals, ensuring deadlines are met and timely responses provided to customers. Bachelor's degree required.
