Job Summary: Lead, inspire, and develop the team while supervising the shift to ensure order speed and quality, organizing routines and supporting operations. Key Highlights: 1. Support operational activities and develop team talents. **Supervise the shift:** monitor production, sales, and ensure speed and quality for each order. **Lead and inspire the team:** guide, motivate, and ensure the best experience for customers. **Monitor financial results:** track sales, manage cash handling, and support cost and labor management. **Support operational activities:** when necessary, roll up your sleeves and work alongside the team. **Organize restaurant routines:** opening, closing, inventory checks, and daily alignment meetings. **Ensure compliance:** uphold internal policies and labor laws. **Develop talent:** train, guide, and contribute to team members' growth.
