Coordinate activities related to meal preparation in accordance with prescribed diets (receiving, storage, requisitioning of supplies, pre-preparation, preparation, tasting, distribution, and surplus control); * 2\. Prepare meals following prescribed cooking methods and food quality standards, in compliance with prescribed diets or established recipes; * 3\. Assist in cleaning dishes, kitchen utensils, and equipment; * 4\. Transport patients' meals to the pantry and/or dining room; * 5\. Ensure proper storage and preservation of stored food, providing necessary conditions to prevent spoilage and loss. * 6\. Participate in training programs. * 7\. Perform tasks relevant to the role using appropriate and available equipment. * 8\. Verbally report to the Nutrition Assistant any irregularities concerning materials, equipment, or physical facilities; * 9\. Ensure food quality by collecting samples, labeling products with identification and expiration dates, and completing hygienic-sanitary control records required under Law No. 2619/SP. * 10\.
