Focus on precision, technical standards, and delivery quality. **Internal Role \- Technical Back Office** We seek an engineering professional with a solid engineering foundation and proficiency in **AutoCAD**, to develop technical projects and engineering proposals. The focus of this position is transforming specific client requirements into detailed technical solutions, ensuring feasibility and performance of industrial motion and transmission systems. **The Challenge**: You will be the technical lead responsible for project development and proposal structuring, acting as the interface between technical requirements and factory validation. This role demands technical precision, analytical capability, and readiness to deliver projects independently, without constant supervision. **Responsibilities and Activities:** * **Project Development (AutoCAD):** Developing technical projects and detailing continuous-flow systems and mechanical transmission components. * **Engineering Analysis:** Conducting root-cause failure analysis and supporting warranty processes using technical data and drawings. * **Technical Validation:** Internally monitoring manufacturing processes to validate applications and ensure compliance of industrial projects. * **Continuous Improvement:** Identifying technical improvement opportunities in current projects to enhance operational reliability. * **Technical Team Support:** Supporting internal teams with detailed drawing information and technical performance indicators. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, or related fields). * Advanced and proficient AutoCAD skills (mandatory). * Proven experience in detailing mechanical systems / parts. * Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into execution drawings without constant supervision. * Technical profile focused on precision, technical standards, and delivery quality. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of transmission elements and industrial component sizing. * Familiarity with failure analysis and reliability methodologies.
