Senior External Communications Analyst

Tegra is seeking a Senior External Communications Analyst responsible for contributing to the business’s sustainability by safeguarding the company’s reputation and image across its entire stakeholder engagement agenda: customers, neighbors, press, community leaders, institutions, and other external stakeholders. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and conduct mapping and relationship-building activities with neighbors, neighborhood association representatives, and institutional stakeholders from project kick\-off through post\-delivery resolution of outstanding matters; * Participate in the company’s external exposure agenda, support spokespersons on medium- and low-complexity media topics, and provide inputs to leadership for crisis committees; * Collaborate with leadership by delivering strategic insights related to more complex mediations and extrajudicial agreements; * Attend BRB Meetings (Image and Reputation Committee); * Monitor SAC 2\.0 activities, review social media positioning statements, and interface with the digital communications agency. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * Experience in Press Advisory services; * Knowledge in Corporate Communications, Writing, Public Relations, Marketing, Project Coordination, Planning, Image Crisis Management, and Events; * Intermediate/Advanced English is a plus; * Experience/Knowledge in the real estate sector is a plus. **Additional Information** Benefits: * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Meal/Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance; * Private Pension Plan; * Life Insurance; * Pharmacy Assistance; * Gympass; * Annual Bonus. **Then you’re just like us!** We are an urban development company specializing in residential and commercial real estate, with strong presence in São Paulo, Campinas, and Rio de Janeiro.
