Assist in systematizing commercial documents and processes, such as orders and contracts. Provide support in creating control spreadsheets and reports for sales monitoring. Monitor ongoing orders and update information jointly with internal departments (logistics, finance, and production). Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including issuing invoices and scheduling transportation. Contribute to implementing best practices and quality standards, supporting internal and external audits. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Administrative Clerk, Human Resources Intern, or Finance Intern may indicate alignment with some activities of this position.
