Job Summary: Senior Logistics Process Analyst to work on structuring, analyzing, monitoring, and continuously improving end-to-end logistics processes. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking a Senior Logistics Process Analyst to structure, analyze, monitor, and continuously improve end-to-end logistics processes, with direct interface with operations, suppliers, and the Logistics Innovation and Transformation Coordination team. The professional will support process improvement initiatives, KPI tracking, and solution testing, contributing to the organization and evolution of logistics routines—always aligned with operational reality and supported by leadership. * CLT OPPORTUNITY * WORK LOCATION: ALPHAVILLE \- BARUERI * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Job Responsibilities** * Support end-to-end logistics process mapping, documentation, and review, considering operational practices. * Participate in execution and monitoring of manual MVP workflows together with the Projects and Logistics Transformation Coordination team. * Analyze operational routines to identify opportunities for improvement, adjustments, and process standardization. * Support continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as PDCA, Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen. * Work on process improvement projects, supporting data gathering, analysis, and tracking of defined actions. * Build, update, and monitor logistics KPIs related to operational efficiency. * Prepare operational reports and analyses to support decision-making. * Work closely with operations and the operational environment, supporting process validations and alignments. * Support relationships with logistics suppliers, monitoring routines, workflows, and operational alignments. * Contribute to the creation and revision of operational procedures, workflows, and work instructions. * Support communication and implementation of process changes across involved areas. * Monitor action plans, deadlines, and deliverables for improvement projects and initiatives. * Suggest process and routine improvements focused on organization, efficiency, and rework reduction. Requirements: **Education** Completed undergraduate degree in: * Administration * Logistics * Production Engineering * Process Management * Supply Chain or related fields * Preferred: Courses or specializations in Logistics, Processes, or Continuous Improvement. **Experience** * Prior experience as a Process Analyst, Logistics Analyst, or Operations Analyst at the mid-level. * Experience with logistics processes and routines. * Experience in process mapping and supporting process improvement projects. * Frequent involvement with or exposure to operational areas. * Operational interaction with logistics suppliers and partners. * Ability to organize, execute, and track activities. **Technical Knowledge** * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of logistics KPIs and operational analysis. * Process mapping (flowcharts, BPMN, or similar). * Familiarity with continuous improvement concepts (PDCA, Six Sigma, Lean). * Basic project management knowledge. * Fundamental understanding of logistics processes. * Experience with ERP, WMS, or TMS (preferred). * PowerPoint for simple reports and presentations (preferred). * Power BI (a plus).
