Manage team and supervise activities A logistics services company is seeking a Logistics Manager in Osasco. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate the company's operational and logistics routines. Control fleet, routes, fuel consumption, and other resources used in operations. Monitor KPIs, results, and logistics area productivity. Ensure adherence to deadlines, internal processes, as well as safety and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement of logistics processes by suggesting adjustments and optimizations. Establish communication with internal departments, suppliers, and other partners to align requirements. Manage the team, supervise activity execution, and provide daily guidance to staff. Previous experience as Logistics Coordinator, Logistics Supervisor, Supply Chain Manager, or Logistics Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
